3. Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unworn
• The item must be unwashed
• Tags must still be attached
• The item must be in the same condition you received it
If the item shows signs of wear, washing, or damage not caused by us, the return will be denied.

5. Refunds
Once your return is approved and received:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Shipping costs are non‑refundable
• If the return is due to our error, we cover return shipping
• If the return is not due to our error, the customer covers return shipping
