You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking information once your order ships.

Processing times may be slightly longer during drops, restocks, or high‑volume periods.

We ship most orders using USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the total weight, order value, and destination.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates and your location.
As we add new products, we may introduce additional shipping options to make sure orders arrive safely and on time.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after your order ships:

• USPS First Class: 2–5 business days
• USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

These are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

5. Pre‑Order Shipping

Pre‑order items ship during the production window stated on the product page.
If your order contains both in‑stock and pre‑order items, they may ship together unless otherwise stated.

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered, BloodGray is not responsible for lost packages or delays.

If the order has not shipped yet, we will update the address.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, BloodGray is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If this occurs, please contact your local USPS office to file a claim.
